Standards

All home inspections are performed in accordance with the current Standards of Practice of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)

As part of your home inspection fee, we use the latest non-invasive technology, tools & instruments including:

  • Thermal Imaging

  • Moisture Meter

  • Carbon Monoxide Detector

  • Natural Gas Detector

  • Temperature Meter

  • Electrical Tester

  • Receptacle Tester

Fees

Condo/Apartment Inspection

Starting at $300

Townhome Inspection

$400 for townhomes under 2000 sq. ft.

Semi/Detached Home Inspection

Starting at $450

Please note:

  • That there is an additional fee of $50 for every additional 1-500 sq. ft.

  • If the home is larger than the square footage agreed upon, the price of the inspection will be adjusted accordingly

  • All prices include HST

  • Payments are accepted via cash & e-transfer and are due upon signature
